Has anyone obtained a Thai visa in Penang on their own? Is it possible to submit documents without an appointment or help in the form of an agency?

So it seems that there is no appointment in Penang. It's on a first-come, first-served basis.

A month ago there was no record, by the opening you had to be there with the documents. If something is missing, there is a car nearby, you can print it out and take a picture.
