Tell me if I apply for an rt visa, a ticket to the 3rd country I need to buy on what date, after a month? Or in 60 days? It doesn't matter? And why when on the vfs website I want to sign up for an application only Slovenia? thanks)

Recommended return ticket no earlier than the 37th day, and no later than the 90th)

Slovenia was issued to you by default. When registering, they will ask about the country - find Thailand, then a window will open with the necessary information.
