Tell me, can I bring a hookah from Russia and smoke it in a villa in Phuket? No hard prohibitions? And if I may, how much tobacco can I take for one suitcase?

According to the laws of Thailand, smoking hookah or vaping or other electronic nicotine consumption systems other than cigarettes, such as Iqos, is equivalent to drug use and is punishable by a fine of up to 100,000 baht and/or imprisonment for up to a year. Accordingly, the sale of all this in Thailand is officially prohibited, as is the transportation of all this to the territory of Thailand. When checking baggage at the airport, all this will be seized by customs officers, if it is found. Just keep this in mind when going to the island with a set of liquids/batteries/tobacco.
