Right in the store when you buy you give a passport and you fill out a questionnaire. Then on departure you give a questionnaire, show the goods and take money. So simple that it's even boring.

1. Not the equipment, but they returned for the things. 2. I understand it is important whose passport you gave in the store when processing the papers, and not whose card it was, it may not be named at all.
