Opposite Lotus there is something like an ambulance station. You can try to ask there - maybe they will tell you. And in the same area there is a clinic (if you go from Surin and not reaching Lotus about 500 meters). It's more cosmetic, but the usual tests are done there. Maybe they have x-rays.
