If there is a lot of garbage in the passport and tour visas, changing the passport still solves the problem? I heard that now they take fingerprints and the data is already taken from the database ... Or can I change my passport and again can I slap tourist visas?)

Information is still taken from the database. No one flips through a passport or counts all visas. Replacing your passport is possible and will save you. But usually a person is easily identified by his/her first and last name and date of birth.
