The money put through the terminal, on the phone for a couple of days and did not arrive. What could be the problem?

And you put them exactly on the phone. Didn't I get a piece of paper with a code that still needs to be activated on your phone?

What's the joke? Couldn't it be easier to pay through the cashier? Only once did not enter through the terminal. I talked to the support for a long time, but either my English is bad or theirs - I could not finish communicating.
