As for me, DTac is not the best connection (tested every day in conversations with Russia) AIS in terms of signal quality is stronger.

Most likely, you do not have an unlimited tariff. You can check by typing the appropriate ussd command.

Recently I also encountered such a situation. Since some time, unlimited tariffs from operators change to inactive and on the same codes there are more expensive tariffs with a limit of 4-7-10 GB upon reaching which the tariff is turned off.
