Hospital Mishshin (Mission) Inexpensive and quality hospital. Accepted without insurance. Sometimes you can meet Russian-speaking staff.

There and should have been corrected. Surgeons do that. If they don't have qualifications there, then go to another hospital. You can ask them where they will advise.
