Airline data has no relation. both Satellites are approved in Thailand and you will be allowed on board and allowed into the kingdom regardless of the date of vaccination.

Etihad and Emirates adhere to the country of arrival (Thailand) rules about the vaccine if you are NOT entering a city in the UAE.
