I want to buy a phone and stopped today in the Festival there on the 2nd floor of the phones, but there are 2 prices in the price tag and often for thousands of 8-10 baht differ tried to find out from the seller ... But I didn't understand anything. Who knows what that means?

Variant 2 is either the price on credit/full purchase price or the price and price is tax-free.

Usually the difference in price happens when the phone is bought with a long-term communication contract. And so at least a photo of the price - it would be easier to understand what it is about. Maybe there are just different configurations.
