Going soon to Thailand but in Russia there is a ban on dollars, money only on the card can not be withdrawn. Maybe someone knows some ways.

I have places in my city where bucks are sold by hand, maybe you can look for similar places in your city through overheard and other city publics.

Make a unionpay card, transfer money to it, pay it and withdraw from it. convert rubles into cash baht. well, if desired, dollars can be bought in almost any bank. the course, though, is not very good.
