I will tell you about my experience of obtaining a master card in the branch of Bankok Bank in Central. They demanded insurance for 5k for a year, a lease agreement and a resident certificate that I received from the immigration service. Everything took one day, there were no problems.

Don't forget that the obligation is a resident certification and a lease agreement for some sane term.
