\Is it possible to bring to Phuket portable acoustics with a capacity of more than 20 000 mAh? And are there any problems with carrying it in hand luggage? Otherwise I have 7kg and 22k mAh here.

Drove with the 30th all the time, it's not about ampere/hour. And in watts. Different airlines have different allowed parameters.
