and UnionPay which banks operate without problems in Phuket ? Or is it better to open an account or card in local banks? Does anyone have experience of discovery?

I have a card,,Solidarity,, Paid in Big C, 7/11, Central Phuket, Central Patong, pharmacies and cafes, in Abu Dhabi in transit zone. I didn't withdraw cash because I had cash.

I have a post bank. Tried to pay at 7/11, macro, lotus, hotel, nowhere passes. I use cash. Now the ATM gives 30 tons of batt for about 52 tons. 1.73 is the course.

Post Bank, Gazprom Bank and Rosselkhozbank say work with Union Pei. Thai card is best, no interest is charged for withdrawals.
