Thai iodine helped me. Unlike ours, it is covered with a film and dried. Where the meat is juiced GEL (not cream). And in general, go to any Thai pharmacy they will help you rinse.

First rinse with peroxide, then sprinkle with an antibiotic and pour Bf-6 (medical glue) or equivalent.
