Can anyone tell me the normal housing for 450 for a month? Preferably not near tourists, but where locales live.

You come, take a bike and drive around the neighborhood and pick up housing. If this option is not suitable, then look at the area and choose a book, agoda and other services.

Condos can probably be rented for such money. Or a small house. And without tourists, it's not on this island.
