It is better to withdraw money from the card at an ATM. The ATM will offer the currency for withdrawal, select USD (and if you have Tinkoff, then transfer it to the USD account in advance and connect the card). For the Internet, you can take a UMobile SIM card, 30 - 40 MRY is enough for a few days. Take a Grab taxi as recommended to you.
