In the condo stole a rented helmet from a bike, right above the parking lot hangs a camera, in the office they said that they can only look if they call the police. Is it possible to influence them without it, or to score?

If the helmet is a helmet, then they cost 150 baht. Don't waste your nerves and time.

Call the police. And be sure to inform the owner of the bike - let him tell you what to do. Or not to do.
