Who can have encountered, tell me Stayed at the hotel, booked through booking, left, booking wrote that the hotel reported that we did not check in. I don't really want the money to be written off from the Card... What action to take?

Contact booking - explain the situation. Perhaps the hotel did not figure out where and on what buttons to press. Or they don't want to pay a booking fee.
