I read that on freedom beach there is some kind of difficult descent. But there was also information that there are two descents. And one of them is more or less.

And what do you eat there? if that there is a free shuttle bus to the beach.

Yes there is no descent at all on the kata noy compared to the freedom. While everyone was rising up sweating. And the beach itself is nothing special. We decided the effort wasn't worth it at all.

The descent is not difficult, but it is quite steep and long. With young children it will be problematic.
