[Phuket] Tell me, please. If you fly to Phuket with a transfer to Almaty, do you need a visa? We are not residents of Kazakhstan, we live in the Russian Federation, but tickets from Uralsk are cheaper. So they write that you need a visa. But we're going to stay for less than 45 days, they don't care? - Thailand

Visa is not needed, you pass on a Russian passport abroad and you have a stamp for 45 days, you flew from Almaty yourself.
