Yes how much will fit. There are no special restrictions on the export. For import to Russia too - it's not jamon or Parmesan.

I always threw a full suitcase of 30 kg, even took coconuts))) And in hand luggage mango. Also from the Russian Federation I brought heaps of products, even glazed cheese curds and yogurts))) I had to take from clothes only what I was wearing + beech)
