What can you say about PZU insurance? Ato they have some too sweet conditions, but the rating of 2.5 out of 10 based on 100+ reviews on Google is not impressive.

3 years ago I got sick, temp. I got up, and on the next day I had to fly to Malaysia, I contacted via viber, they told me where to go, they examined me in the hospital, they did tests, they prescribed medicine. Total 2800 baht, did not pay anything, zero deductible.
