Well, for starters, Tinkoff does not take a commission when withdrawing cash from ATMs in Thailand. The rest of the banks take. Plus there is an opportunity to open an account in baht and be sure of the future.

Normal bank, convenient application, no incomprehensible commissions (hello sber), there is multicurrency inside one card, etc. The only drawback of this bank (as many people think) is its founder Oleg. I have been with this bank since 2013 and for a long time the Tinkoff card was my only card. No problem during that time. And yes, I have a debit card. There is some negativity about credit products, but these are the problems of users of credit products (maybe not, but the impression is this).
