Tell me from the royal pharmacy in Phuket, why does this pharmacy exist only for tourists and are there really effective drugs in it?

This pharmacy exists only for tourists. Because it's an attraction, entertaining. Adequate people, more or less familiar with evidence-based medicine, will not take seriously tinctures on the root of mandrake and tiger balm as a treatment. It's the same about the snake farm: go, gawk, buy a couple of souvenirs, nothing more.
