It's definitely not worth it in Patong. If without insurance, then Mission Hospital or somewhere in a private clinic in the town. It depends on how serious. It will be cheaper in clinics, but there are fewer opportunities to take tests there. If you have insurance, they will tell you where to go, but it's better to go to a Bangkok hospital.

Yesterday we went to the mission hospital, also with poisoning, they took it, took tests, dripped it and gave out pills that it cost 4800b to drink.
