Do not use the tour operator, buy yourself tickets to Phuket and back, and from Phuket fly to Koh Samui yourself or take a transfer and then return to Phuket 5-7 days before departure back. On Koh Samui, the sea without waves, restaurants, spas, and in Phuket you can already go on excursions. On Koh Samui, I recommend Chaweng Beach. It's probably Kathu in Phuket, but it's not accurate
