Can I exchange my international license for a Thai one without an exam? Does a resident need a certificate and a certificate from the clinic?

We need it. Nothing complicated. With docks on the 2nd floor to the machine for a ticket to the queue. I handed over the docks, payment and photos. Voila. Everything is ready. Sometimes part 2 the next day.

We need both a certificate and a certificate. They do cert for a week, but for free.
