How problematic is it to bring hookah tobacco to Pattaya, 10 packages are not large? . Won't there be any problems at the airport?

There is a tobacco allowance of 250g per person in Thailand. And hookahs are prohibited here, whether tobacco is included in the ban is not clear. Even if hookah tobacco is prohibited (I haven't seen information about it), the maximum it will be taken away from you at customs during the check (the chance is quite low). So you can take it, taking into account the rate of transportation of tobacco, with a high probability everything will be ok.
