Green Living condo, if anyone lives there or knows about it, do you like it? I'm just moving from Bangkok, and in Pattaya I'm not well-versed in locations far from the sea.

We lived there before, the condo is not bad in terms of price and quality, but it's far away, it's inconvenient without your own transport.

If there is a car and there is a desire for an elongated life, then it's fine. Without a car or a bike, it is better to immediately look for other housing: it is too far and difficult to get to any urban infrastructure and activities.
