There is a swimming pool on the territory, it was even cleaned by the owners. A kettle is given, a microwave and a kitchen downstairs are shared. There are large rooms, 40-45 meters on the 4th floor, in them, like, there are already kitchens. I don't know how much they cost, they weren't interested.
