Are there cameras on the roads in Phuket and how are the fines for exceeding/crossing solid fines?

Legally, there is a fine for a solid one, in fact, there is no (but if a fellow policeman wants, he probably will). There are cameras, but the police financially have nothing from there and are not quite interested in them, they say the following: there are a lot of fines, but there is no paper in the printer to print them, we print one out of fifty.
