Please tell me, in late November and early December, which direction is better to choose - Koh Samui / Phangan or Phuket? I heard that it rains heavily on Koh Samui ..

In November, we were in Phuket, it rained in the morning for 5 minutes and sometimes in the evening. There was one flood, the town was flooded. Otherwise, it was very pleasant, clouds, and tan and not burn (but with spf) the humidity is endless, the skin is delighted)

November-December is very good there. I go there myself at this time. Koh Samui, Samet, Chang.
