In any country, you can leave with one passport and enter back with another, if you have both passports valid. After that, you forget about the old one and that's it. A transfer of the seal is needed if, for example, you received a new passport here and your old passport was canceled and given a letter about it, then for * departure * you need to make a transfer of the seal (you can't leave with a canceled passport!). And both of you work, what's the problem?
