Please tell me on which sites it is best to look for work in Bangkok, proven vacancies of employers providing a work visa.

I was looking for jobs in IT companies on LinkedIn. Quite a lot of vacancies are posted, and recruiters are also spinning a lot. But the hiring process is very long, maybe 2-3 months or more (I say not only for myself, I have acquaintances who also work in IT here and the same situation).
