Tell me, how are things going with the visa? Is it possible to register every month or do you need to apply for a student AND the student is paid monthly or in a single payment?

You can make 2 tourist visas - this is already six months and you can dilute them with borders. But, if you don't want to bother, then of course you can apply for a student visa, but there are nuances there.
