Where can I buy an inexpensive sim card in Pattaya? I went to the AIS and DTAC salons, to the 7/11 markets and everywhere there are some big tariffs 999 baht - 1 month 1400-1700 baht - annual SIM card I don't want to pay 2.5k per month or 4.5k at a time, maybe there is somewhere cheaper?
