Tell me, are there any problems with the Gazprombank Union Pay card and withdraw cash in Thailand in baht? Can I withdraw from all ATMs?

The money was not withdrawn from the card. We had a Gazprom card everywhere (7еleven, big c, cafes, shops in the central festival (zara, uniqlo, bata, Starbucks, food court), in Jangceilon. Once they just didn't accept it in seven (they said that something didn't work, but only for them, in the rest payment went everywhere).
