Tell me, can you open an account in Bangkok Bank if you have a student visa? And how much does it cost?

You go to the school and it gives you a set of documents for opening an account in any bank for a thousand baht or more (depending on the school). By the way, even if you have a student visa, the head of the department where you will open an account will still sell insurance to you until thawed. I had to call the hotline and receive confirmation from the call center operator that insurance is available at will.
