If it's just inexpensive, you can drive to the rawai pier (not to be confused with the chalong pier), buy lobster at the market there (and other seafood for a snack) and take it to the nearest café (there are several of them right next to the market to choose from), they will cook any seafood from the market at 100b per kg like.
