A premium outlet can. With gifts, it's probably only more difficult there.

And this market is a couple of minutes drive from Central. So you can go to the shopping center during the day and go to the market in the evening. Save on taxis.

Here the choice is simple: either a normal shopping center (central festival), or a market (Naka market, open only in the evenings on weekends). Both are located in Phuket Town. It will take about 30 minutes to drive from Kata.
