We flew Moscow-Ho Chi Minh City (not to Phuket) on the 5th, a transfer in Shanghai (the airport is the same) 13 hours between flights. They were released into the city normally, who had a transplant for less than 8 hours, almost no one was released (1-2 people).

Hello. We flew through Shanghai. A visa on arrival can be obtained. It was not possible to go to the city itself, since they could not hand over hand luggage, the luggage storage did not work. Other than that, it's great.
