No problem - there are a lot of such cases. To minimize possible problems, it is better to do this: 1) with help 2) across the land border 3) if you fly, then avoid Suwanaphum (Bangkok airport) 4) prepare a package of documents: a return ticket, a contract for accommodation (or at least a reservation from booking), money cash may be asked to show.
