how to get a Thai bike driver's license? tell me please do they give them if I am still on the stamp for 30 days, or do I need to first make a tour visa and then go for the rights? Do they even look at it or do they care?

It doesn't matter if you have a stamp or a visa, but if you are going to do them with 0 (and not just exchange international for Thai), then there is a queue of 2 months +- (coupon is given), with the usual stamp you just will not even have time to make them.
