From time to time I pay her in shops and cafes, because I do not want to spend cash dollars because there are not many of them left. It is not profitable to withdraw cash from the card, because the bank commission is 1.7% + the commission of the Thai bank. When I thought it was more profitable for interest, I always went out to buy a dollar in Moscow at a good rate (see on the website of banks ru, for example) and then change dollars to local currency.
