That's it. With my son (almost 7 years old) we are vacationing in Phuket. It looks like yesterday my son caught an infection of viral etiology (possibly a nanovirus or an intestinal theme).

If you have insurance, I recommend that you consult a doctor, all medicines will be given out for free, tests will be taken, and you will get up faster than self-medicating. If the option does not fit, I can throw off what they gave me after discharge.

There is domperidone. After a night of vomiting, we took our teenager to the clinic for insurance, put a dropper there for an hour, did a couple of injections and gave out a bunch of pills. The child felt better almost immediately, but slept all day. I will send the place where we went below.

Why don't you go to the doctor? You will be prescribed or given all the necessary drugs.
