How is it usual in Phuket to rent an apartment through realtors? What kind of contract are concluded? Do the documents show? Or is it all in words?

A contract is drawn up in Thai and English (there are paragraphs in Thai, the next translation into English) in the contract are inserted photos of the passport who rents and who rents + blue book of the apartment in the contract the cost is prescribed, the rental period and the amount of the deposit are all signed by the two parties to the contracts usually 12 months (the price is written for 1 month), the deposit is 1-2 months (in case of early termination you lose the deposit) when you give money demand reciept (check) for receipt.
