It depends on where and in what composition you fly. We flew with 3 children from Moscow, so we stopped in Bangkok for a couple of days to rest, then flew to Koh Samui. In my memory, there was a case when a flight from Moscow (Qatar) was severely delayed and the guys who had tickets from Bangkok to Koh Samui were late for their plane.

We're going to have a 2:40 transplant, I'm also worried about that. But, when we flew from Bangkok, they generally opened registration only in 3 hours and, despite the huge queue, they managed to do everything.
