A valid passport, an application printed on one sheet on both sides, a copy of the passport page with a photo, 4 photos 35 x 45. And money.

When processing your already submitted application, a quarcode is mandatory. Preferably the whole form. Upon receipt of the finished - a certificate that they will give there, with a number by which you will check your readiness.
